We stand behind our products and believe they are the best value for its competitive prices, whilst they are all covered under insurance for its duration on hire.
Most of our Products are hired out whilst we are in the vicinity of the occasions, so there is no requirement for returns unless we have verified that the props are damaged by our actions. Anything damaged or broken by the Hirer will be paid completely by them.
We do understand that there are occasions where are products break down and if customers do wish to claim reimbursement for the particular product we are content to pay back, only if there is proof that it is our fault and not the Hirers.
Privacy & Safety
PACE respects the privacy of our customers and do not share any information with third parties, including any bank details. or other organisations.
Your privacy is of the highest importance to us and we endeavor to ensure that it is protected at all times. If at any point you feel that your privacy has been breached or ignored, please feel free to get in touch with the team at your earliest opportunity.
Wholesale Inquiries
We currently do not sell at wholesale and will update our customers if the need arises in the future.
